1. Our Services

MechPartPicker is a free platform to help users browse parts and plan custom mechanical keyboard builds. We do not sell keyboard parts directly — we provide links to third-party retailers where parts can be purchased. Some of those links are affiliate links.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are a minor, you must have parental permission.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to save builds and share them publicly. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content (code, design, text, images) is owned by or licensed to MechPartPicker. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission. Product images used on this site remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for informational purposes.

5. User Content (Builds)

When you publish a build on MechPartPicker, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You can delete your builds at any time.

You represent that your builds and any content you submit do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site
Upload malware or harmful code
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with the operation of the site
Use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications
